Whilst we pick up passangers at any pre-arranged time the office does not operate 24/7. Our opening hours are 9 am to 9 pm Monday to Sunday. We do not work on Christmas Day or Boxing Day and we ask that you use your discretion and common sense when phoning us on public holidays such as Easter. We recommend that if the driver does not offer you his number that you ask for it and if there are any issues which arrise on the night and you cannot contact the office then you can contact him directly. We are happy to accept email enquiries at anytime and we will always get back to you within 24 hours at the outside. When we are not in the office the telephone is diverted to our mobile phones at no extra cost to you or your phone bill. However, with mobiles as they are in this day and age we ask for your patients and understanding if we need to call you back at a later time due to signal problems.
